Weddings are an integral part of every television serial as it proves to be a bankable factor for garnering maximum TRPs. The producers of ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ seem to have recognized this factor as they are basking in the glory of their successful wedding episodes.

According to the reports, the latest lengthy wedding of Rashmi played by Neha Swaroopa, has grabbed a lot of eyeballs. The TRP of the show last week soared to 5.1. This wedding is going to take the story forward and all the actors are relishing the wedding sequences by retaining the authenticity if the event.

Producer Rajan Shahi says, "Yeh Ristha Kya Kehlata Hai is a show about love and life after marriage and nothing works better than marriage as audiences love the authentic nuisances of a real marriage shown realistically. The human emotional content of the show works in its favour and marriages have huge connect with masses. The marriages shown in Yeh Ristha... are not at all gimmicky. Naitik (Karan Mehra) and Akshara's(Hina Khan) marriage of 24 hours was shown in episodes for over a month and it worked out realistically and successfully garnering TRP's too. Currently, Rashmi's wedding is going on and audiences are loving every moment of it. The marriages in my shows have always been unique and lengthy, and they have been presented interestingly."

We wonder whose wedding will we witness next!

Michael Jackson Tribute Concert

Michael Jackson’s fans have got a reason to celebrate as another concert waits for them in October. A star-studded tribute concert has been organized by his family and will be held at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.

A four-hour performance extravaganza, named 'Michael Forever: The Tribute Concert', will be held in the memory of the American Superstar who passed away from acute Prppofol intoxication in June 2009. As of now no stars are confirmed for the event but final list of performers will be announced by August.

An expected crowd of at least 75,000 will get to experience MJ’s magic again.

His mother Katherine and siblings LaToya, Tito, Jackie and Marlon announced in a press conference at the Beverly Hills Hotel, that the concert will feature "all the artists admired and respected."

Chris Hunt, president of Global Live Events, said: "We wanted to do something decent and

worthy of Michael's musical genius yet something fun and authentic that you would envision Michael attending with excitement and joy surrounded by talent that he respected and loved."

The concert will raise awareness and funds for Aids Project, Los Angeles and two other charities to be announced later.

Jermaine and Randy, Jackson's siblings are not very welcoming of this event. As of now they feel his trial is more important than this tribute. They said: "While we wholeheartedly support the spirit of a tribute that honours our brother, we find it impossible to support an event that is due to take place during the criminal trial surrounding Michael's death. There will come a time and place for an amazing and deserving tribute to Michael. But we feel that the most important tribute we can give to our brother at this time is to seek justice in his name."
